Holographic Disocactus
Holographic Disocactus (#FE91DB) is a soft magenta with a pastel character. It reads calm and airy, with enough chroma to feel intentional rather than washed out. Its HSL profile (319°, 98%, 78%) places it in the highly saturated band at a light lightness. Best used in small doses, like logos, CTAs, focus rings, or highlight text, where its saturation becomes a feature rather than noise. Greek hólos (whole) and graphé (writing) — adjectival suffix -ic. Disocactus color refers to a fully opened Disocactus ackermannii funnel-flower in a Veracruz cloud-forest understory: a saturated, slightly cool deep magenta with the velvet finish of fresh fused-petaled funnel-corolla.
