Live Nineveh
Live Nineveh (#EAA2EF) is a soft violet with a pastel character. It reads calm and airy, with enough chroma to feel intentional rather than washed out. Its HSL profile (296°, 71%, 79%) places it in the balanced band at a light lightness. It works as a background wash, large-area fill, or soft illustration tone. Nineveh color refers to an Assyrian-court purpura-bordered tribute textile in the Library of Ashurbanipal: a saturated, slightly cool deep violet with the matte finish of multi-bath shellfish dye on hand-loomed Mesopotamian wool.
