Etched Hara
Etched Hara (#D8FCBC) is a soft lime with a pastel character. It reads calm and airy, with enough chroma to feel intentional rather than washed out. German ätzen, to etch — past-participle of etch. The Hindi word for green — used for the saturated lime-green of fresh hara dhaniya (cilantro), hara mirch (green chili), and the hara saag leafy-green dishes of North Indian cooking. The color refers to fresh hara dhaniya leaves: a saturated, slightly cool yellow-green with the matte finish of fresh cilantro leaf.
