Printed Nineveh

Nineveh color refers to an Assyrian-court purpura-bordered tribute textile in the Library of Ashurbanipal: a saturated, slightly cool deep violet with the matte finish of multi-bath shellfish dye on hand-loomed Mesopotamian wool.
