Iced Elaeagnus
Iced Elaeagnus (#D0FFF6) is a soft teal with a pastel character. It reads calm and airy, with enough chroma to feel intentional rather than washed out. Etymology
The past participle of ice — used as a color modifier since the eighteenth century for hues with the optical brightness of a thin layer of frozen water. The genus Elaeagnus — silverberry, the Asian and Mediterranean shrubs with silver-undersided leaves used as windbreak and ornamental hedge.
