Iced Olivine
Iced Olivine (#C2D5B7) is a soft lime with a pastel character. It reads calm and airy, with enough chroma to feel intentional rather than washed out. Its HSL profile (98°, 26%, 78%) places it in the muted band at a light lightness. It works as a background wash, large-area fill, or soft illustration tone. Etymology
The past participle of ice — used as a color modifier since the eighteenth century for hues with the optical brightness of a thin layer of frozen water. The color refers to a polished olivine cabochon: a clean, slightly yellow-green with the gem's signature internal warmth.
