Iced Powder
Iced Powder (#BDE8F4) is a soft cyan with a pastel character. It reads calm and airy, with enough chroma to feel intentional rather than washed out. Etymology
The past participle of ice — used as a color modifier since the eighteenth century for hues with the optical brightness of a thin layer of frozen water. Talc — magnesium silicate ground to fine particles for personal hygiene since the nineteenth century.
