Orderly Moegi
Orderly Moegi (#BDE8A9) is a soft green with a pastel character. It reads calm and airy, with enough chroma to feel intentional rather than washed out. Latin ōrdō, order — adjectival suffix -ly. Japanese for sprouting yellow — the yellow-green of Carex sedge sprouts and rice seedlings. The color refers to fresh moegi sprouts in a paddy: a saturated, slightly yellow yellow-green with the matte finish of small fresh leaves.
