Awakening Sequoia
Awakening Sequoia (#AFFA97) is a soft green with a pastel character. It reads calm and airy, with enough chroma to feel intentional rather than washed out. Best used in small doses, like logos, CTAs, focus rings, or highlight text, where its saturation becomes a feature rather than noise. Old English āwacnian, to awaken — present-participle of awaken. As a color modifier, awakening implies a saturated-and-rousing-and-fresh quality, the bright color of spring-dawn and first-light atmospheric-stimulation.
