Kyomurasaki color refers to a Kyoto-court ceremonial kariginu hunting robe: a saturated, slightly cool deep violet with the silk luster of multi-bath gromwell-root-and-akane (madder) dye on woven silk crepe. Slightly warmer than Edomurasaki.
