Wired Stamen
Wired Stamen (#9DA101) is a deep yellow with a jewel character. It carries the deep, saturated richness of a gemstone. Authoritative and slightly formal, it works well for type and heavy UI elements. Old English wīr, wire — past-participle of wire. As a color modifier, wired implies a saturated-and-electrical-charged-and-active quality, the bright color of Tesla-coil-and-Van-de-Graaff high-voltage atmospheric-electrical emission.
