Composed Ruby (#902A17) is a deep red with a jewel character. It carries the deep, saturated richness of a gemstone. Authoritative and slightly formal, it works well for type and heavy UI elements. Etymology
The past participle of compose, to arrange together — used as a color modifier for hues that read as deliberate and balanced. From the Latin ruber — simply, red.
