Devout Phlox (#766EFA) is a soft blue with a cool character. It leans cool, sitting on the blue, green, and violet side of the wheel. From the Latin devotus, consecrated — used principally in religious contexts for the dignified deep colors of sacred art and ecclesiastical dress.
