Alit Arugula

Old English ā-lihtan, to alight — past-participle of alight. Eruca vesicaria, the Mediterranean mustard-family green — peppery and bitter, eaten as rocket in British English and rucola in Italian. Arugula color refers to fresh wild arugula leaves: a saturated, slightly muted deep yellow-green with the matte finish of small notched leaves.
