Alit Guacamole

Old English ā-lihtan, to alight — past-participle of alight. Guacamole color refers to fresh-mashed guacamole in a molcajete: a soft, slightly muted yellow-green with the matte finish of pureed avocado-and-lime. Drier than avocado.
