Tenacious Capri
Tenacious Capri (#1872FD) is a true azure with a neon character. It sits at the high-saturation edge of its family. Use it sparingly, as signage, accent, or highlight against darker surfaces. The Italian island in the Bay of Naples whose Blue Grotto — a sea cave where light enters through an underwater opening — turns the water inside an electric, otherworldly blue. The color refers to the water of the Grotta Azzurra: a saturated, slightly green-shifted electric blue with the optical clarity of light filtered through twenty meters of seawater. Brighter than aqua, more chromatic than turquoise, with the tourist-destination association of a single specific cave.
