Custom Cyclone
Custom Cyclone (#0D073D) is a deep blue with a jewel character. It carries the deep, saturated richness of a gemstone. Authoritative and slightly formal, it works well for type and heavy UI elements. Greek kyklos, circle — the deep-cool-gray spiral-cloud structure of tropical Hurricane-and-Typhoon and extra-tropical mid-latitude cyclonic low-pressure systems. Cyclone color refers to a Hurricane Katrina-period satellite-image of the Gulf-of-Mexico cyclone-eyewall: a dark cool-gray with the optical complexity of cumulonimbus-spiral-band-and-eyewall against the warm Gulf-water sea-surface temperature.
