Primary Hēihuī
Primary Hēihuī (#051334) is a deep azure with a jewel character. It carries the deep, saturated richness of a gemstone. Authoritative and slightly formal, it works well for type and heavy UI elements. Its HSL profile (222°, 82%, 11%) places it in the highly saturated band at a dark lightness. Hēihuī color refers to a Qing-dynasty hēihuī-dyed silk magisterial robe: a dark gray with the silk luster of multi-bath fermentation-and-iron-mordant dye on tussah silk. Slightly cooler than Tiěhuī (iron-gray).
