Pure Yew
Pure Yew (#046315) is a deep green with a jewel character. It carries the deep, saturated richness of a gemstone. Authoritative and slightly formal, it works well for type and heavy UI elements. Taxus baccata, the European yew — a long-lived conifer (some specimens over 2,000 years old) traditionally planted in English churchyards. The color refers to mature yew foliage: a deep, slightly muted very dark green with the matte finish of resin-coated needle foliage. Darker than juniper.
