Heartening Sansho
Heartening Sansho (#E0F3BC) is a soft lime with a pastel character. It reads calm and airy, with enough chroma to feel intentional rather than washed out. Old English heorte (heart) — present-participle of hearten. The color refers to fresh-ground sansho powder in a small ceramic bowl: a saturated, slightly cool yellow-green with the matte finish of dried citrus-family seed.
