Polished Parakeet (#C8F49B) is a soft lime with a pastel character. It reads calm and airy, with enough chroma to feel intentional rather than washed out. Latin polīre, to polish — past-participle of polish. The smaller members of the parrot family — particularly Melopsittacus undulatus, the Australian budgerigar that became the world's most-kept pet bird.
