Manic Zǐ

Greek manikós, raving / mad — sharing root with mania. Zǐ color refers to a Tang-dynasty imperial robe field: a saturated, slightly cool deep violet with the silk luster of multi-bath gromwell-root-and-indigo overdye on tussah silk.
