Alit Aloe
Alit Aloe (#53AA00) is a deep lime with a jewel character. It carries the deep, saturated richness of a gemstone. Authoritative and slightly formal, it works well for type and heavy UI elements. Old English ā-lihtan, to alight — past-participle of alight. Aloe vera, the succulent whose translucent inner leaf gel has been used as a cosmetic and medicinal salve since classical antiquity. The color refers to a fresh aloe leaf in cross-section: a soft, slightly cool yellow-green with the satin finish of succulent leaf-tissue.
