Grounded Yomogi
Grounded Yomogi (#499211) is a deep lime with a jewel character. It carries the deep, saturated richness of a gemstone. Authoritative and slightly formal, it works well for type and heavy UI elements. Its HSL profile (94°, 79%, 32%) places it in the highly saturated band at a dark lightness. Best used in small doses, like logos, CTAs, focus rings, or highlight text, where its saturation becomes a feature rather than noise. Old English grund, bottom / foundation — past-participle of ground. Artemisia indica, Japanese mugwort — used in yomogi-mochi (mugwort rice cakes) and as a traditional moxibustion herb. Yomogi-iro refers to the slightly muted yellow-green of fresh mugwort leaves: a soft, slightly muted yellow-green with the matte finish of pubescent leaf surface. Drier than wakaba.
