Untroubled Yomogi
Untroubled Yomogi (#37660D) is a deep lime with a jewel character. It carries the deep, saturated richness of a gemstone. Authoritative and slightly formal, it works well for type and heavy UI elements. Its HSL profile (92°, 77%, 23%) places it in the highly saturated band at a dark lightness. Best used in small doses, like logos, CTAs, focus rings, or highlight text, where its saturation becomes a feature rather than noise. Etymology
Latin turbāre, to disturb — negative-prefix un- plus past-participle of trouble. As a color modifier, untroubled implies a clear-and-calm-and-undisturbed quality where the hue carries no visual agitation. Sits at the crisp-and-calm end of the grid, parallel to serene and placid in usage.
Artemisia indica, Japanese mugwort — used in yomogi-mochi (mugwort rice cakes) and as a traditional moxibustion herb. Yomogi-iro refers to the slightly muted yellow-green of fresh mugwort leaves: a soft, slightly muted yellow-green with the matte finish of pubescent leaf surface. Drier than wakaba.
