Forthright Tsuyukusa (#3162EF) is a true blue with a neon character. It sits at the high-saturation edge of its family. Use it sparingly, as signage, accent, or highlight against darker surfaces. Tsuyukusa-iro (露草色) refers to the saturated blue of fresh dayflower. The color refers to a fresh dayflower bloom: a saturated, slightly cool deep blue with the satin finish of three-petaled flower.
