Victorious Shine Forest

Latin victōriōsus, of victory — derived from victor (winner). As a color modifier, victorious implies a saturated-and-celebratory-and-conquering quality, the deep-rich color of Roman-Imperial victory-procession purpura-dyed paludamentum cloak. Sits at the bold-and-celebratory end of the grid, parallel to triumphant and conquering.

Old English scīnan, to-shine. As a color modifier, shine implies a polished-and-reflective-light quality, the visual register of polished-silver-and-bronze-shine hand-polished-and-buffed silver-and-bronze-and-brass-and-tin polished-and-reflective-shine surfaces under polished-silver-and-bronze-shine workshop-light.
